From Toronto, Ryan Pallotta moved to Los Angeles after art school. Ryan quickly established himself, as a young director creating promos for various artists such as: Nick Jonas, Shawn Mendes, Robin Thicke, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Alessia Cara, and Ne-Yo.
This year Ryan's video for Nick Jonas Chains was nominated for an MTV VMA award.
Entrusting him with her image, Ryan directed serval videos and commercials for Demi Lovato and eventually became Demi Lovato's creative director , directing her visual stage accompaniment and commercial campaigns bolstering her brand even further. Pallotta has also worked closely with Nick Jonas, helping to re-establish a new, independent brand for the young artist with videos such as “Jealous” and “Chains”.
After singing to RSA FILMS, inspired by the endless storytelling possibilities in Virtual Reality, Ryan and his team developed unique camera solutions to execute 360 degree experiences. Ryan created 360 degree experiences for brands GOOGLE and LIBERTY MUTUAL totally changing the way we experience branded content.
Perhaps one of his biggest commercial undertakings yet, Ryan embarked on directing the massive commercial campaign for skincare brand Clean and Clear in 2015 entitled “See the Real Me.” This empowering campaign included over 25 branded content pieces from across the globe featuring inspiring true stories of women overcoming adversity. These powerful uplifting spots would go on to contend at Cannes.
